F-LON 5020 - Low Friction Coating
F-LON® 5020 is an excellent Low Friction coating. It also exhibits high level of hardness and heat dissipation.
F-LON® 5020 is a patented Fluoropolymer coating applied in a single coat, exhibiting the following properties:
- Contains MoS2/PTFE.
- Low cure temperature.
- Good colour stability.
- Easy application techniques.
- Good stain resistance.
- Good chemical resistance against a range of chemicals.
F-LON® 5020 was developed for applications which:
- Typical applications: Offshore valves and subsea connectors.
- Are required to operate at elevated temperatures.
- Need excellent adhesion to most substrates with minimal surface preparation.
- Require an economical, durable, easy clean finish.
